CLIFTON PARK — The first week of the town’s cheerleading camp came to a close July 31 with a show put on by the 24 campers.

With help from camp director Debbie Koppens and counselors Darienne Hickey, Emily King, and Michelle Knezovic, the two dozen campers went through their favorite cheers, jumps, and dances for their family and friends.

Throughout the week, the campers also created pom-poms, decorated T-shirts, and made cheer signs.

The camp took place at the pavilion at the Clifton Common soccer fields. A second week of camp is scheduled for Aug. 3-7.
