Clifton Park — The day after daylight savings time seemed like a prime time to see how Clifton Park residents were recovering from that lost hour of sleep, so this week’s “My Take” question is as follows: “Why do you think we still have daylight savings time and, most importantly, have you recovered?”

Yes, I have recovered. I know that it’s so when I wake up in the morning it will be light and when it’s 4p.m. it won’t be so dark. That’s a great feeling.
