7 Shenendehowa boys’ lacrosse players earn league honors

CLIFTON PARK — Seven Shenendehowa boys’ lacrosse players earned league recognition when the Suburban Council released its all-league teams Wednesday.

Joining the first team were attackman Owen Putman, defenseman Matt Cavanaugh and midfielder Matt Stucchi. A second-team selection went to defenseman Tim McCarthy, while honorable mentions belonged to defenseman Mike Berman, goalie Anthony Tebbano and midfielder Dakota Rainville.

Shenendehowa won the Section II Class A championship this season.
