Shenendehowa girls’ track athletes earn league honors

CLIFTON PARK — More than a dozen Shenendehowa girls’ outdoor track and field athletes received Suburban Council all-star selections.

Earning selections in individual events from Shenendehowa were Melissa Haas (100), Alexandra Tudor (200, long jump), Rachel Venditti (400), Hannah Reale (800), Emily Crounse (800), Danielle Jordan (3,000), Olivia Robbins (100 hurdles), Maddy Arserio (pentathlon), Christy Angeliu (pentathlon), Jill Shippee (shot put), Bri Jordan (shot put), Emily Lewis (high jump) and Mary Sunukjian (pole vault).

Shenendehowa’s 400-meter relay (Haas, Tudor, Emily Schaffer, Kelly Hamlin) and 3,200-meter relay (Crounse, Jordan, Julia Zachgo, Reale) also were honored.
