GMADA did not give the possession of the plot to the customer in time. For this reason the matter reached the Consumer Commission. The Consumer Commission passed the order against Gamada on the complaint of Mahesh Dhiman, a resident of Sector-63. Dhiman said in the complaint that in September 2016, he had applied for a plot of 256.66 square yards in a project of Gamada in IT City Mohali. He paid Rs 50.56 lakh to the authority. He got the allotment letter on 10th July 2020, which he should have got in 2017 itself.
