Clifton Park — New York State Police announced Wednesday, Feb. 24, the arrest of Renee Matturo, 44, of Troy on five counts of criminal possession of stolen property and five counts of petit larceny.

 

Matturo, who worked as a Home Health Care Aid, allegedly stole her elderly client’s credit card and used it five times at Stewarts and at a Price Chopper in Clifton Park in January.

Matturo was arraigned by the Town of Clifton Park Town Justice James Hughes. She has since been released on $1,500 bail and is scheduled to return to the Clifton Park Court March 9.
