2 smugglers arrested with a pistol, trample, 4 lakh cash and 2 phones in Firozpur, Punjab

The Border Security Force (BSF) has arrested two suspected smugglers with illegal weapons in Firo. According to the Company Commander of 116 Battalion, Rajesh Kumar, the two suspicious individuals were riding a scooty near village Dulchike when they were stopped by the BSF. The suspects identified themselves as William, a resident of village Fattu Wala Hall Sant Kabir Nagar Bansi Gate Firozpur, and Buta Singh, a resident of Basti Gandhinagar village Rakhdi district Firozpur.
Upon searching the suspects, the BSF recovered a 7.65 mm pistol, an empty magazine, three rounds of ammunition, Rs. 2 lakh in cash, and two mobile phones. The BSF handed over both suspects to the police for further investigation.
