Elephants wreaked havoc on the sets of Vijay’s ‘VD12’, shooting was going on in Kothamangalam

The shooting of Vijay Deverakonda’s film ‘VD12’ has had to be temporarily stopped. During a shoot with elephants during this film, there was a fight between the elephants. Both the elephants caused huge destruction on the shoot. Actually, the shooting of the film was going on near Kothamangalam in Kerala. The producer was shooting a scene with two elephants near Bhoothatankett forest but these elephants clashed with each other on the set, due to which there was chaos on the set and the shooting had to be stopped. Director Gautam Tinnanuri wanted to shoot with elephants for his film. The film unit brought two elephants. This shooting was also started in Kothamangalam. While shooting the scene with the elephants, both of them suddenly got angry and started fighting on the set. During this, the worried cast and crew tried to control the elephants but their efforts went in vain. One elephant was injured, while the other ran away into the forest. The film unit immediately informed the forest officials about the incident. Officials reached the spot and finally found the elephant. ‘VD 12’ is a spy thriller, about 70 percent of whose shooting has been completed. The film will release on March 28 next year. The makers may release it in two parts.
