African batsman Heinrich Klaasen will be the top retention of Sunrisers Hyderabad before IPL 2025. Klaasen can get Rs 23 crore for the season. In the other two retentions, team captain Pat Cummins can get Rs 18 crore and India’s Abhishek Sharma can get Rs 14 crore. The teams have a total retention purse of Rs 79 crore for 6 players, out of which Rs 75 crore can be voluntarily distributed among the top-5 retentions. Hyderabad team can also retain Travis Head and Nitish Kumar Reddy. Meanwhile, former Indian batsman Hemang Badani can become the coach of Delhi Capitals.
