An urgent hearing was demanded before the bench of Justice BR Gavai and Justice KV Vishwanathan on behalf of three accused in the case. Petitioners’ lawyer CU Singh told the Supreme Court that the three accused have been issued a notice by the state government to demolish the house. The government has given three days to file a reply.
